Dear Parent/Guardian,
Deuxmensions Dance Theatre & School would like to invite your dancer to perform in the 2007 End of Year Performance. This is an opportunity for dancers in levels Music & Movement and higher to experience another step in their dance education. It also gives them a chance to share with family and friends the skills they have accomplished throughout the school year. The June performances are costumed. The costumes we choose are tasteful, relevant to the performance, age appropriate and affordable.
In preparation for the show, our teaching staff needs to know if your dancer will be performing in the June performance. The dance school will begin preparing for the performance immediately after winter break so the students feel comfortable in performing their dance pieces. Dress rehearsal is Friday, June 8th and performances are Saturday, June 9th and Sunday, June 10th. This year’s dress rehearsal and performances will take place at Richfield Senior High School, located at 7001 Harriet Avenue South. Tickets are general admission. They will be sold at the door only and will run about $12.00 per ticket.
As agreement to performing please fill out the required information below. If your dancer is performing, a non-refundable $55.00 per dancer/per class costume payment is due by November 18th. It takes several months for costume companies to fill our orders, therefore, we request this payment in advance as the costumes must be ordered and paid for before the school goes on winter break. Although it is our goal to keep costs at $55.00, with the rising prices of costumes and accessories, this is not always possible. If there is an additional balance due on your costume(s), you will receive an invoice in January.
Please fill out the form below completely, include payment and return in the envelope provided in your payment booklet by November 18th. If this form and payment is not received by November 18th it will be assumed that your dancer is not performing. Therefore, your dancer will not be measured and a costume will not be ordered. It is also recommended that if you must move to a different class day and time, you do so prior to this time to ensure that your dancer receives the appropriate costume.
