REGISTRATION

Simply fill out the printable registration form below and register in one of two ways:

 

1) Register in person by bringing your completed registration form and signed participate waiver along with your payment of cash or check payable to DDTS on the first day of class.

2) Email your completed registration form and completed participation waiver to deuxmensionsdance@prodigy.net and submit electronic payment via Zelle. 

Use the same email, deuxmensionsdance@prodigy.net, when submitting Zelle payments.

REGISTRATION FORM

 

TUITION

Tuition is totaled for 36 weeks of class and broken into 9 equal monthly payments. Payments are due on the 30th of each month.  Tuition not received by the due date will incur a $15 late fee.

          1 hour classes =  $85 / mo

​

          1 1/4 hour classes =  $90 / mo

​

          1 1/2 hour classes =  $95 / mo

​​

          Repertoire Class =  $95 / mo

​REGISTRATION FEE

This is due with your first quarter's tuition.  Our non-refundable registration fee is $35 for individuals and $50 for families living in the same household.

LATE FEE

A $15 late fee will be applied to ALL payments received after the 30th of the month.

​

RETURNED CHECK FEE is $30

We appreciate you telling others about our school!

Any current student who refers a new student/family will receive a special reward. New students must pay registration fee and first quarter tuition.
